Challenge
Regional systems and processes varied significantly in terms of workflows, data models, and manufacturing practices, particularly around bill of materials (BOM) lifecycles. Aligning these differences into a single global platform required careful balance between standardization and regional autonomy. Additionally, the system needed to support global scale, ensure high availability, and meet stringent security and reliability requirements, all while coordinating input from geographically distributed stakeholders.
